Test for quality control
Heat test: put the glass lid into oven at 180 ?C for 60 minutes, remove immediately into water at room's temperature , the lid should not be broken or cracked.
Impact resistance test: drop the 225g ball from the highth at 1.5 metres in free fall and impact on the lid at 1/3 radius, so after three times, damage or cracks are not allowed
Destructive testing: break the lid with hammer and check,the number of particles should be over 50pcs within the area of 50m*50mm , and the biggest fragment should not over 3g.
Characteristics
Excellent heat endurance: can withstand drastic temperature changes in course of various cooking; the temperature is 160?C.
High Surface Hardness: 5 or 6 times of that of normal ones; hard to break; safe use.

Packing Details
1.Each glass lid lined with soft paper and suitable qty into one carton.Each knob put into a small plastic bag and the same quantity into the four corners of the glass lid’s carton.
2. Each glass lid assembled with the knob and the color sleeve ,one set into an opp bag and suitable sets into one carton.
3. According to the customer’s request .
